Wahoo, Nebraska
Opened in early 2026, this 6,800-square-foot facility expands local childcare capacity with space for up to 80 children. The project brought together JEO’s family of companies—JEO Investments developed the land, JEO Consulting Group led the design, Sand Creek Construction Company managed construction, and JEO Building Company owns the property—showcasing a fully integrated, collaborative approach to development.
Wahoo Vision Center
Wahoo, Nebraska
Scheduled to open in the fall of 2026, the future Wahoo Vision Center is transforming a long-vacant, deteriorated building into a vibrant new community asset. Currently under construction, the project reflects both the momentum of local growth and a shared commitment to revitalization, bringing expanded vision care services to the community.
